Abstract
PHAMOUS is a routine outcome assessment (ROA) project aimed at patients with a psychosis. The measuring instrumentarium comprises an elaborate somatic screening; an inventory of medication use; a measurement of the side effects (with the SRA); psycho-social functioning ( PANSS-remission tool; GAF; HoNOS; MANSA). The complete measurement takes place once a year. PHAMOUS is being implemented in different places, both in North Netherlands and elsewhere. In Friesland it is starting in different locations. In Groningen there is a cooperation of Lentis (formerly: GGz Groningen) and the UCP for the setup of a joint care program for patients with a psychosis, including a client following system, wherewith the instrumentarium of PHAMOUS will be used for the annual measurements. The disease management project of the GGZ Drenthe, which has been there for years, will from 2007 on join the PHAMOUS project.
